Savory Veggie Beef

I.      Recipe name: Savory Veggie Beef

II.      Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup vegetarian beef burger**
  2. Red and green bell pepper, 1 each
  3. Some cilantro leaves or fresh coriander

III.      Seasonings:

  1. ¼ teaspoon salt
  2. 1 teaspoon sugar
  3. 1 Tablespoon vegetarian oyster sauce*
  4. 2 teaspoons light soy sauce*
  5. 1 teaspoon vegetarian seasoning*
  6. Pinch sesame oil

IV.      Starch solution:      1 teaspoon corn starch*, 1 Tablespoon water

V.      Directions:

  1. Heat the wok, add in 1 table spoon of oil, fry vegetarian beef burger, add some water, simmer for 1 minute; add red and green bell peppers, and seasonings, fry together evenly.
  2. Once the mixture of corn starch and water cooked, add cilantro, mix well, and add sesame oil, ready to serve.

* Savory Veggie Beef can be served with porridge, vermicelli, noodle, rice and tofu.

* Savory Veggie Beef can add mushroom and chili.
