Ingredients:

1 cup vegetarian beef burger**

Red and green bell pepper, 1 each

Some cilantro leaves or fresh coriander

¼ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sugar

1 Tablespoon vegetarian oyster sauce*

2 teaspoons light soy sauce*
-
1 teaspoon vegetarian seasoning*

Pinch sesame oil

Starch solution:
1
teaspoon corn starch*,
1 Tablespoon water

Directions:
- Heat the wok, add in 1 table spoon of oil, fry vegetarian beef burger, add some water, simmer for 1 minute; add red and green bell peppers, and seasonings, fry together evenly.
- Once the mixture of corn starch and water cooked, add cilantro, mix well, and add sesame oil, ready to serve.
* Savory Veggie Beef can be served with porridge, vermicelli, noodle, rice and tofu.
* Savory Veggie Beef can add mushroom and chili.
