Boat Porridge With Lettuce 

 

I.      Recipe name: : Boat Porridge With Lettuce

II.      Ingredients:

  1. Some veggie seaweed strips**
  2. 1 small bunch Enoki mushroom
  3. ½ small cup vegetarian beef burger**
  4. 3 lettuce leaves, sliced
  5. 1 small dish roasted peanuts
  6. 1 cup white rice congee
  7. A little shredded ginger

III.      Seasonings:

  1. ¼ teaspoon salt

  2. ¼ teaspoon vegetarian seasoning*

IV.      Directions:

  1. Stir vegetarian beef burger; cut Enoki mushroom and veggie seaweed strips into small strips; wash lettuce, finely slice.
  2. Boil white rice congee, add in vegetarian beef burger, veggie seaweed strips; when the porridge boiled again, add Enoki mushroom and seasonings, wait until boiled, pour into a bowl, add in lettuce, shredded ginger, roasted peanuts.
