Some veggie seaweed strips**

1 small bunch Enoki mushroom

½ small cup vegetarian beef burger**

3 lettuce leaves, sliced

1 small dish roasted peanuts

1 cup white rice congee

A little shredded ginger

Seasonings:

vegetarian seasoning*

Directions:
- Stir vegetarian beef burger; cut Enoki mushroom and veggie seaweed strips into small strips; wash lettuce, finely slice.
- Boil white rice congee, add in vegetarian beef burger, veggie seaweed strips; when the porridge boiled again, add Enoki mushroom and seasonings, wait until boiled, pour into a bowl, add in lettuce, shredded ginger, roasted peanuts.
