Pumpkin Congee

I.      Recipe name: Pumpkin Congee

II.      Ingredients:    

  1. ½  cup diced pumpkin
  2. 10 small Chinese cabbage
  3. 1 package vegetarian stewed chicken*
  4. 1 bowl white rice congee

III.      Seasonings:

  1. ¼ teaspoon salt
  2. ¼ teaspoon vegetarian seasoning*

IV.      Directions:

  1. Cut the baby Chinese cabbage, pumpkin, and the vegetarian chicken into small cubes, set aside.
  2. Bring the white rice congee to boil, add in pumpkin, bring to boil again for 1-2 minutes, add in the cabbage cubes, veggie chicken cubes, and seasoning. Bring to boil and serve.
