Vegetarian Chicken With Tri-Colored Peppers
 

 

I.    Recipe name: Vegetarian Chicken With Tri-Colored Peppers

II.    Ingredients:

  1. 1 green, red, and yellow bell peppers each, stems removed, seeded

  2. 2 vegetarian chickens*

III.    Directions:

  1. Cut the peppers into pieces.

  2. Marinate the vegetarian chicken in a dash of fermented black bean sauce (to taste), vegetarian seasoning, and sesame oil for 20 minutes. Then cut the vegetarian chicken into thick slices.

  3. Preheat the cooking oil in a frying pan. Fry the vegetarian chicken until golden brown and set aside.

  4. Fry the peppers until a little soft, add the vegetarian chicken slices, stir well, and serve.
