Golden Shark Fin Soup

 

I.     Recipe name: Golden Shark Fin Soup

II.     Ingredients:

  1. ½ pound pumpkin, seeded
  2. 60g vegetarian shark fin*  (1 oz) (weighted when wet)

III.     Directions:

  1. Peel off the pumpkin skin, cut into pieces, and cook in water until soft.
  2. Blend the pumpkin in blender with some water after it is cool.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, add the shark fin and serve.
