II. Ingredients:
- ½ pound
pumpkin, seeded
- 60g
vegetarian shark fin*
(1 oz)
(weighted when wet)
III. Directions:
- Peel off
the pumpkin skin, cut into pieces, and cook in water until soft.
- Blend the
pumpkin in blender with some water after it is cool.
- Bring the
mixture to a boil, add the shark fin and serve.
