I. Recipe name:
Fried Monkey Head Mushroom
II. Ingredients:

200g monkey head mushroom*

1 red bell pepper

1 green bell pepper
-
4 slices pineapple

Starch solution:

50g cornstarch, 50g self-rising flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cooking oil

2 Tablespoons tomato sauce
2.
3 Tablespoons vinegar
3. 2 Tablespoons sugar
4.
2 teaspoons cornstarch
5. 4 Tablespoons water
V. Directions:
- Wash the
monkey head mushrooms, squeeze out water, cut into small cubes, and marinate
with a dash of salt and black pepper.
- Remove
seeds from the bell peppers and dice.
- Mix the
monkey head mushrooms with the starch solution, and deep-fry in hot oil until
golden brown. Drain.
- Stir-fry
the bell peppers for a minute, and then add the sauce ingredients until it thickens.
Turn off heat, add the pineapple and monkey head mushrooms. Stir well and
serve.
