Fragrant Shaddock Skin

 

I.     Recipe name: Fragrant Shaddock Skin

II.      Ingredients:

  1. 2 big slices Shaddock skin
  2. A few vegetarian shrimp*
  3. 1 stalk Chinese celery
  4. A few cilantro leaves or fresh coriander
  5. Few slices ginger

III.      Directions:

  1. Cut off the thin top layer of the shaddock skin, and then cut it into pieces and cook in boiling water for 10-15 minutes.

  2. Soak in cold water several times, squeeze out the excess water every time to get rid of astringent taste.

  3. Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan. Sauté the shaddock shell and the vegetarian shrimp. Then add salt, sugar, vegetarian seasoning, and a little water. Cook for 10 minutes.

  4. Add Chinese celery and cilantro leaves. Pour in the starch solution and mix well. Serve.
