Fragrant Shaddock Skin

I. Recipe name: Fragrant Shaddock Skin

Ingredients:

2 big slices Shaddock skin
-
A few vegetarian shrimp*

1 stalk Chinese celery

A few cilantro leaves or fresh coriander

Few slices ginger

Directions:

Cut off the thin top layer of the
shaddock skin, and then cut it
into pieces and cook in boiling water for 10-15 minutes.

Soak in cold water several times, squeeze
out the excess water every time to get rid of astringent taste.

Heat
the cooking oil in a frying pan. Sauté the shaddock shell and the vegetarian
shrimp. Then add salt, sugar, vegetarian seasoning, and a little water.
Cook for 10 minutes.

Add Chinese celery and cilantro leaves.
Pour in the starch solution and mix well. Serve.
