Veggie Fish Ball With Cucumber and Mushrooms 
 

 

I.     Recipe name: Veggie Fish Ball With Cucumber and Mushrooms

II.     Ingredients:

  1. 4 hairy cucumbers, cut into small pieces
  2. 1 package Hon-shimeji mushrooms*
  3. 150g vegetarian sausage**, cut into the arch-shaped thin slices
  4. 150g vegetarian fish ball**

III.     Directions:

  1. Heat 1 teaspoon cooking oil in a frying pan, and sauté the Hon-shimeji mushrooms. Then add some water, fermented black bean sauce, and sugar. Simmer for couple minutes.

  2. Stir-fry the cucumbers with ginger and veggie fish ball for few minutes. Add some water, salt, and sugar. Simmer until cooked.

  3. Put the fried Hon-shimeji mushrooms back to the pan. Add in the vegetarian sausage and stir well. Serve.
