I. Recipe name: Stewed Gluten
II. Ingredients:

500g fried gluten sausage*,
washed and drained

500g fried gluten meatchuck*
(Fresh
gluten roll can be
used as well.)

8-10 Tablespoons cooking oil
-
8-10 slices ginger
-
½ Tablespoon sesame oil
III. Seasonings:
-
200g vegetarian flavored sauce

½ teaspoon vegetarian seasoning*
-
1 Tablespoon light soy sauce*
-
1 Tablespoon sugar
-
1-2 teaspoons salt
-
2 Tablespoons dark soy sauce*
-
White pepper (to taste)

2 cups water
IV. Directions:

Heat 8
Tablespoons cooking oil in a frying pan. Stir-fry
the gingers on medium heat until light golden
brown.

Add all
the sauce ingredients and covered with a lid.
Bring to a boil.

Add the
fried gluten sausage and fried gluten meatchuck.
Continue to stir to allow the sauce absorbed into
the gluten. Turn the heat to low, covered with a
lid and cook for 12-15 minutes. Stir the fried
gluten occasionally while cooking.

Finally, add
sesame oil and 2 Tablespoons cooking oil.
