Oyster Sauce Gluten Slice

I. Recipe name: Vegetarian Oyster Sauce Gluten Slice
II. Ingredients:

600g gluten balls*,
washed and cut into ½-cm slices

5 Tablespoons cooking oil
-
½ teaspoon sesame oil
-
1 ½ teaspoons corn starch*
-
2 Tablespoons water
-
4 Tablespoons vegetarian oyster sauce*
-
2 teaspoons sugar
-
½ teaspoon salt
-
1 Tablespoon dark soy sauce*
-
½ Tablespoon light soy sauce*
-
½ teaspoon vegetable seasoning*
-
White pepper (to taste)
-
1 cup water
IV. Directions:

Mix corn starch
and water together. Set aside.

Heat 4
Tablespoons cooking oil in a frying pan on medium
heat. Add all the seasonings and bring to a boil.

Add the gluten balls and stir until
the gluten balls absorbed the sauce. Turn the heat to low and covered with a
lid. Cook for 12-15 minutes. Keep stirring the fried gluten balls occasionally
while cooking.

Finally, add in the sesame oil, 1
Tablespoon cooking oil, and corn starch mixture. Continue to stir for 30
seconds. Serve.
