I. Recipe name: Black Pepper Gluten Roll
II. Ingredients:

600g gluten rolls*,
washed and drained

5 Tablespoons cooking oil

4 slices ginger
-
1 teaspoon sesame oil
-
1 ½ teaspoons corn starch*
-
2 Tablespoons water
III. Seasonings:
-
2~3 Tablespoons black pepper sauce*
-
2 teaspoons sugar
-
¾~1 teaspoon salt
-
1
Tablespoon dark soy sauce*
-
½ Tablespoon light soy sauce*
-
½ teaspoon vegetarian seasoning*
-
Pinch black pepper
-
1 Tablespoon maltose
-
1 cup water
IV. Directions:

Heat 4 Tablespoons
cooking oil in a frying pan on medium heat, and
stir-fry the gingers until light golden brown.

Add the
sauce ingredients and covered with a lid. Bring to a
boil.

Add in the
gluten rolls and stir-fry until the gluten rolls
absorbed the sauce. Turn the heat to low and covered
with a lid. Cook for 12-15 minutes. Keep stirring the
fried gluten rolls occasionally while cooking.

Finally, add
the sesame oil and 2 Tablespoons cooking oil.
Continue to stir for 30 seconds and serve.
