I. Recipe name: Fried Vegetarian Beef Slice
II. Ingredients:

70g textured vegetable
protein (TVP) beef slices**

100g young corn

2 slices ginger

4 Tablespoons cooking oil

1 teaspoon corn starch*

2 Tablespoons water
-
1 Tablespoon black pepper sauce*

½ teaspoon sugar
-
Pinch salt
-
2 teaspoons light soy sauce
IV. Directions:
1. Soak the TVP beef slices in water until
soft, and squeeze out the excess water. Mix with 1 Tablespoon cooking oil and ½
teaspoon corn starch.
2. Wash the young corn and cut into slices.
3. Heat the cooking oil in medium heat and sauté
ginger until fragrant. Add in young corn and veggie beef slices; stir-fry for few minutes. Add
the seasonings and continue to stir for 2 ~ 3 minutes.
4.
Add the corn starch mixture and stir
well. Serve.
