I. Recipe name: Fried Vegetarian Pork Strip With Satay Sauce
II. Ingredients:

70g
textured vegetable protein (TVP) pork
strips**

80g young corn, washed and sliced
-
100g carrot, washed and sliced
-
2 slices ginger
-
4 Tablespoons cooking oil
-
1 teaspoon corn starch*
-
2 Tablespoons water
III. Seasonings:
-
2 teaspoons
vegetarian satay paste*
- ½
teaspoon sugar
-
Pinch salt
-
1
teaspoon light soy sauce
IV. Directions:

Mix corn starch
and water together. Set aside.

Soak the TVP
pork strip in water until soft, squeeze out the
excess water. Mix with 1 tablespoon cooking oil and ½
teaspoon corn starch.

Heat oil
in medium heat and sauté ginger until fragrant.
Add veggie meat strips, young corn and carrot
and stir-fry well. Add
the seasoning and continue to stir for 2 ~ 3 minutes.

Add the
corn starch mixture and mix well. Serve.
