I. Recipe name: Stewed Gluten Roll
II. Ingredients:

500g fried gluten roll*, washed and
drained

500g fried gluten meat chuck*
(Fresh gluten
roll can be used as well.)

8-10 Tablespoons cooking oil
-
8-10 slices ginger
-
½ Tablespoon sesame oil
III. Sauce seasonings:
-
200g vegetarian flavored sauce*
-
½ teaspoon vegetarian seasoning*
-
1 Tablespoon light soy sauce
-
1 Tablespoon sugar
-
1-2 teaspoons salt
-
2 Tablespoons dark soy sauce*
-
White pepper (to taste)

2 cups water
IV. Directions:

Heat 8 Tablespoons cooking oil in a
frying pan on medium heat, and stir-fry the gingers until light golden brown.

Add all the sauce ingredients and covered
with a lid; bring to a boil.

Add the gluten rolls and stir until the
gluten rolls absorbed sauce. Turn the heat to low and covered with a lid. Cook
for 12-15 minutes. Keep stirring the gluten rolls occasionally while cooking.

Finally, add in the sesame oil and 2
Tablespoons cooking oil.
