Baked Potatoes With Cheese

I.     Recipe name: Baked Potatoes With Cheese

II.     Ingredients:

  1. 1 medium-sized potatoes, cubed
  2. 1 carrot, cubed
  3. head broccoli
  4. 100g vegetarian ham*, cubed
  5. ½  packet (100g) cheese, diced or shredded

III.     Directions:

1.      Heat 3 Tablespoons cooking oil in a frying pan, and stir-fry some ginger slices until fragrant.

2.      Add in potatoes, carrots, and vegetarian ham. Stir-fry thoroughly.

3.      Add in 1 teaspoon salt (or less) and ½  bowl of water. Cook in low heat until all become soft.

4.      Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 2 ~ 3 minutes until the color turns dark green.

5.      Sprinkle with cheese on top and cook for 30 seconds. Then turn off the heat.

6.      Transfer the dish to a plate. (It will be more pretty if covered with warm cheese that becomes silky).

7.      Cook until the sauce thickens then serve.
