Healthy Greens Plate 

 

I.     Recipe name: Healthy Greens Plate (The Three Healthy Dishes: 1)

II.     Ingredients:

  1. 1 head cabbage, cubed
  2. Few tomatoes, cubed
  3. 1 small carrot, cubed
  4. Few big dried black fungus*, cubed
  5. 1 package vegetarian chicken** (2 strips)
  6. 20 red dates*

III.     Directions:

1.      Cook the red dates in ½ bowl of water in low heat for 20 minutes.

3.      Cook all ingredients with red dates soup until cooked.

4.      Add salt and olive oil. Serve.
