I.     Recipe name: Youth Noodle (The Three Healthy Dishes: 2)

II.     Ingredients:

  1. 1 package Shanghai noodles*
  2. 1 pound baby bok choy*, washed and cut in small pieces
  3. 1 package monkey head mushrooms**, washed
  4. 1 vegetarian ham**, cubed

III.     Directions:

1.      Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan, stir-fry the monkey head mushrooms, veggie ham, baby bok choy, and salt until cooked.

2.      Cook the noodles in boiling water, add in the stir-fried mushrooms from previous step.

3.      The delicious youth noodle is done.
