Popeye Spanish (The Three Healthy Dishes: 3)
 

 

I.     Recipe name: Popeye Spanish (The Three Healthy Dishes: 3)

II.     Ingredients:

  1. 1 package Shanghai noodles*
  2. 1 pound spinach, chopped
  3. 3 ears dried shitake mushroom*
  4. ½ package vegetarian duck**

III.     Directions:

1.   Soak the shiitake mushrooms in water until soft and cut each in half. Marinate with soy sauce and steam for 10 minutes.

2.   Add spinach, shiitake mushroom, and veggie duck to the glass cooking wok. Cook until the spinach becomes soft, then turn off the heat. (It is not necessary to have a lid covered.) (It will be more delicious if cooked with Wudong noodles.)

3.   Don’t add neither salt nor oil, enjoy the natural flavor.
