Green Blue Shreds
 

 

I.     Recipe name: Green Blue Shreds

II.     Ingredients:

  1. 1 head brocolli
  2. 1 gluten roll*
  3. packet vegetarian jellyfish*
  4. small packet silk noodles or mung bean noodles*
  5. Pinch black sesame

III.     Sauce ingredients:

1.      2 Tablespoons vegetarian oyster sauce*

2.      1 teaspoon sugar

3.      Pinch salt

4.      1 cup water

IV.     Directions:

1.      Blanch the broccoli florets in water and cooking oil.

2.      Tear the gluten into strips; soak the mung bean noodles in water until soft.

3.      Place the cooked broccoli in the plate for later use.

4.      Bring the sauce ingredients to a boil and pour it on top of the broccoli.

5.      Cook the gluten in water. After boiling, add in the mung bean noodles and the vegetarian jelly fish; simmer for a while.

6.      Sprinkle some sesame oil and black sesame seeds; serve.
